We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join a well-regarded construction business delivering a range of commercial office fit-out projects. The Role:

You will be responsible for managing commercial office fit-out projects from planning and coordination through to completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial office fit-out projects across Adelaide’s CBD.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and variations.
• Monitor quality, site safety and construction progress.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Oversee project completion, defects management and handover.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction or office fit-outs.
• Strong understanding of commercial interiors, finishes and services coordination.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
• A collaborative approach with a genuine commitment to client satisfaction.
