What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing tenders from start to finish across mid to large-scale projects
• Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Driving competitive pricing and negotiating where required
• Identifying project risks, gaps and opportunities early
• Contributing to tender and project-winning strategies
• Working closely with senior leadership and the pre-construction team on key bids

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Estimator within a Tier 2 or reputable Tier 3 commercial builder
• Strong understanding of the Adelaide subcontractor and construction market
• Experience estimating projects in the $5M–$30M range
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and being part of a high-performing team
