BackSenior Services Engineer - Infrastructure
Adelaide based / 1-3 years work on fixed term contract / Once in a generation work opportunity
We are working on behalf of one of Australia’s leading Engineering consultancies; they are looking for 3 experienced Mechanical or Electrical services engineers from either a design consultancy or services contractor background.
The work is to undertake site inspections as the independent verifier on South Australia’s largest ever transport infrastructure project. The project scope includes extensive services equipment supporting this iconic tunnel project and various associated buildings related to the development.
This exciting opportunity to work on challenging and unique mechanical and electrical services equipment would suit an experienced Adelaide based engineer looking for a change. Perhaps wanting to diversify and expand your experience working on large infrastructure services.
If you are frustrated by repetitive building projects and are looking to expand your career experience this opportunity could be a stepping stone, career transition pathway, from either contractor to consultant or consultant to contractor. In addition the size and scale of the equipment might also open up pathways in industry, mining, defence and naturally transport and water infrastructure.
Interested applicants must have at least 5-10 years of Adelaide based experience as a services design engineer or services contractor.
Strong relationship building, report writing and confident communication skills are essential.
