An established and growing commercial fit-out business is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its project delivery team. The Opportunity
This role will see you managing multiple commercial fit-out projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 4–6 sites at varying stages of delivery. Working closely with Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, subcontractors, clients and design professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial fit-out projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure efficient project delivery
- Monitor site safety, quality and project schedules
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
- Maintain project documentation and reporting requirements
- Ensure works are completed to specification, budget and programme
- Previous Site Management experience within the construction industry
- Commercial fit-out experience highly regarded
- Trade background preferred, with Carpentry highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Salary package of $110,000 – $130,000 + super depending on experience
- Full reimbursement of travel and associated expenses
- Phone allowance provided
- Laptop supplied
- Modern CBD office facilities available when required
- Monday to Friday role with very limited after-hours or weekend work
- Projects primarily located within Adelaide CBD and surrounding fringe areas
