We are honoured to be working in partnership with one of Australia’s leading private schools. This newly created leadership position trusts, supports and empowers a team of 25 staff. Bringing together facilities, maintenance, ground staff and project management professionals this position would lead a collaborative cross functional team; all dedicated to their profession and unique role in upholding, maintaining and improving this remarkable, community.
  
From a buildings construction background you will have excelled in end to end project management of diverse buildings and fit out projects. You will be looking to progress your career as part of a community, entrusted with the upkeep and further development of a vast campus rich in heritage and ultra modern facilities. Responsible for: leadership and stakeholder engagement, capital works and projects, strategic asset management, facilities and maintenance, compliance risk and safety, financial management, contractor and service management, sustainability and environmental management, you will bring a “best practice” rigour to your department. With an incredibly experienced, long serving team, you would not be expected to have experience across all of the above criteria: At least 5-10 years commercial construction full life cycle project management experience is however essential.  
  
This highly sought after, and rare, position will suit a construction project manager with natural leadership and outstanding interpersonal skills.
