They are looking for a Business Manager to support and service their long standing and loyal Industrial client partnerships across SA (and potentially Vic). Their business priority is managing these key relationships which are serviced through empowering, training and energising their technical team. As the client interface and relationship manager, this position is critical in the company’s ongoing success in providing the highest level of efficient project and engineering services. Working in a vibrant, collaborative and expanding Adelaide office your role would be to build trusted internal and external relationships and help produce exceptional engineering solutions.
As the face of their South Australian Industrial team you would work collaboratively with their local and international team to support your clients. Taking considerable ownership and responsibility for your business decisions and engineering output this position would provide you with the opportunity to build the technically proficient, passionate, humble, trusted, united and collaborative team you have always dreamed of. With consultancy design and hands on practical engineering site and construction experience you will be looking to take on a key client relationship role whilst also supporting and inspiring a team to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
This relationship driven position would suit a well-respected, connected and technically proficient Engineer looking for a more people focussed leadership position in a close knit and collaborative, humble and down to earth business. A business that is intimate enough to care and large enough to deliver. If you have over 10 years Australian consulting and or heavy industrial – process design / project engineering experience in Australia and exceptional people skills please reach out for further information. In return, this supportive and empowering organisation would provide flexibility and investment to enable you to succeed. Salary would be based on your experience in the $150-$200k TRP range. A more senior role spanning SA & Vic is also a potential either now or within 12 months.
