They are looking for an Associate Structural Engineer with infrastructure and industrial experience to guide, empower and lead their South Australian team. Working in a vibrant, collaborative and expanding Adelaide office your role would be to build trusted internal and external relationships and produce exceptional engineering solutions.
As the face of their South Australian Structural team you would work collaboratively with their local and international team to support your clients. Taking considerable ownership and responsibility for your business decisions and engineering output this position would provide you with the opportunity to build the technically proficient, passionate, humble, trusted, united and collaborative team you have always dreamed of.
With consultancy design and hands on practical engineering site and construction experience you will be looking to take on the responsibility of leading and inspiring a team to deliver innovative engineering solutions. 

This “doer, seller, leadership” position would suit a well-respected, connected and technically proficient Structural Engineer looking for a more hands on leadership position in a close knit and collaborative, humble and down to earth business. Salary would be based on your capability to win and deliver work and would be in the $150-$200k TRP range.
