We’re seeking a Senior Architect to lead the delivery of complex projects across civic, education, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. This role suits someone who is confident taking responsibility for outcomes - from early design development through to construction - while working within a collaborative, design-led team.

You’ll be joining a practice environment where architecture is understood as both a creative and technical discipline: grounded in context, responsive to client needs, and focused on delivering well-resolved, buildable outcomes.

The Role

You will lead projects through all phases, with a strong emphasis on coordination, documentation, and delivery. You’ll be trusted to manage consultants, engage directly with clients, and guide internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained through to completion.

This is not a purely design or purely documentation role - it requires balance, judgement, and the ability to move comfortably between both.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through to construction
• Manage client relationships and consultant coordination
• Oversee documentation and delivery using Revit
• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance
• Mentor and support emerging architects within project teams
• Contribute to resolving complex design and detailing challenges
• Maintain program, budget, and delivery expectations

About You

• Registered Architect (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience leading projects through delivery stages
• Strong capability in Revit for documentation and coordination
• Confident working across design development and technical resolution
• Strong understanding of construction systems and detailing
• Clear communicator with strong coordination and leadership skills
• Able to take ownership and work with a high level of autonomy
