The Job:
We are seeking a Residential Site Manager for a permanent position, with a well-established custom home builder & developer based in Adelaide. This role will entail management of Development projects on site for this client, supported by a solid team.
The Company:
Operating in South Australia for many decades, this home builder has a strong reputation for producing quality, well-built homes. Currently undergoing a growth phase, there is a strong pipeline of work for the foreseeable future.
The Right Person:
This position would suit a Site Manager with experience on medium-density, development type projects. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working with systems and specification implementation, and ideally have their multi-storey Supervisor Licence (or be happy to attain this with the help of the builder).
