What you’ll be doing

• Running tenders end-to-end on mid to large-scale projects
• Building strong subcontractor relationships and driving competitive pricing
• Identifying risks, gaps and opportunities early
• Contributing to winning strategies, not just numbers on a page
• Working closely with leadership on key bids

  
What we’re looking for

• Proven Estimator experience within a Tier 2 or reputable Tier 3 builder
• Strong knowledge of the Adelaide subcontractor market
• Someone who is commercially sharp, detail-focused and proactive
• A team player who enjoys being part of a winning environment
