We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a solid background in building construction to play a key role on this flagship project.

The Role:

Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of this large-scale resort project from a technical and coordination perspective.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordination of subcontractors and site activities
• Assisting with programme management and tracking project milestones
• Managing RFIs, shop drawings, and technical documentation
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications
• Liaising with consultants, engineers, and site teams
• Monitoring quality, compliance, and safety standards
• Supporting procurement and cost control processes

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within building construction (essential)
• Experience on commercial projects (ideally $30M+)
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Ability to interpret drawings and manage technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on site
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
