An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Coordinator  to join a high-performing construction team delivering a $50 million landmark project in McLaren Vale. This role is ideal for a motivated person looking to step into a site-based position, build strong project delivery skills, and gain hands-on exposure across contract administration, site coordination, and stakeholder management on a major South Australian build.

About the Role:

Working closely with the Senior Project Engineer, Senior Site Manager, and Foreman, you will support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of works on site. This role offers strong exposure to both the technical and commercial aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support contract administration for subcontractors and suppliers
• Receive, assess, and process subcontractor progress claims
• Track and manage variations
• Control and manage document flow to trades and consultants
• Receive, issue, and coordinate RFIs
• Liaise with design consultants and internal stakeholders
• Assist with site coordination alongside the Site Manager and Foreman
• Participate in site QA inspections and site checks
• Assist with safety management, including pre-starts, toolbox talks, site inductions, plant checks, and SWMS reviews

About You:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, or a related discipline (or currently studying)
• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or similar site-based role
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with trades, consultants, and project teams
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
