Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
  
About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple commercial flooring projects, managing the full lifecycle from initial engagement through to completion and handover.
This is a hands-on role where you will be the key point of contact for clients, coordinating closely with builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end-to-end, including estimating support, design coordination, procurement, delivery, and handover
• Coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and drive programme outcomes
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders
• Ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Administer contracts, manage variations, and maintain tight cost control
• Provide regular reporting on project performance, risks, and opportunities
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards

    
About You:

You are a motivated and commercially astute Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. You bring a practical, solutions-focused approach and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in commercial construction, ideally within flooring or a related trade
• Strong project delivery and contract administration capability
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Strong computer skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with confidence
