This well-established and highly respected commercial flooring subcontractor has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality flooring solutions across major Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction projects throughout South Australia.

With a solid pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and play a key role in delivering projects to the highest standard.

Working closely with leading builders, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing installers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
  
The Role:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site flooring installation activities across multiple projects
• Manage subcontract installers and liaise with Tier 1 & Tier 2 builder site teams
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and finishes schedules with accuracy
• Hands-on and proactive, with the ability to coordinate deliveries and undertake manual handling as required
• Coordinate delivery, handling, and storage of flooring materials
• Ensure all works are completed in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Monitor site progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Assist with site programming (short and long-term) and sequencing of works
• Maintain site records, daily diaries, and reporting
• Support Project Managers with cost control and identifying efficiencies

  
About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman within commercial construction or flooring
• Strong understanding of site processes on Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects
• Maintain professional appearance at all times
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and strong problem solving
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused with high attention to detail
• A professional approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• A current forklift licence will be highly regarded, though not essential
