Make a difference in the lives of others / Adelaide-based / Competitive salary package + fully maintained company vehicle
Make a real impact where it matters most.

MATES in Construction is a leading industry-backed charity dedicated to supporting mental health and reducing high rate of suicide among Australian construction workers. Established in 2008, MATES is unique in its approach—driven by the industry, for the industry—creating a culture where mental health and suicide prevention are everyone’s responsibility.

Built on the belief that "suicide is everyone’s business," the MATES model fosters a strong, on-site support network, empowering workers to look out for each other and access high-quality help when they need it. Through our community development approach, we break down barriers to seeking support, making a real impact on the lives of workers and their families.
We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Case Manager/Field Officer to join the South Australian team.

  • Knowledgeable about the construction industry (highly regarded but not essential).

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in human services, social welfare, psychology, or similar (degree minimum).
