About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager and working closely with the broader project team, you will play an important role in supporting contract administration and smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with project coordination to ensure efficient construction and site operations
- Supporting the management of site services in alignment with company policies, standards and procedures
- Working closely with and assisting the Project Manager across multiple project phases
- Reviewing and interpreting contracts and documentation
- Assisting with invoice processing, claims tracking and documentation management
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation
- Advanced Microsoft Office capability
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative and a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and escalate risks or variations
