Construction Supervisor – $50M Landmark Project | McLaren Vale

We’re seeking a motivated Construction Supervisor to join our team and support the delivery of a major $50M build in one of South Australia’s most iconic regions.
This is a rare opportunity to develop your site-based career under the guidance of a highly experienced Project Manager and Senior Site Manager who are committed to supporting your professional growth.

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting with daily site coordination and contributing to smooth project delivery
• Supporting scheduling, planning, and site documentation
• Working closely with subcontractors to monitor progress, quality and compliance
• Assisting with WHS, reporting and risk management
• Providing technical support and helping resolve onsite challenges
• Document control and general project administration
• Learning end-to-end project delivery on a large-scale commercial build

About You:

• Degree in Construction Management (completed or near completion) with 1–2+ years’ industry experience
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn from senior site leaders
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced site environment
• Passionate about a long-term career in site delivery and construction leadership
• Able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with subcontractors and project teams
