About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to join our client team for an exciting $50M construction project in McLaren Vale. You will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, supervising safety, and ensuring the project runs on time and to budget. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this hands-on role will involve leading a site-based team of employees and subcontractors across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the effective, efficient, and successful execution of the project onsite
• Ensure all work complies with environmental, health & safety, industrial relations, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the broader project team
• Provide strong leadership to all site personnel
• Develop and manage short-term and long-term programs
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials delivery, and site logistics
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance

About You:

• Proven and stable background within the construction industry
• Strong experience in site supervision/foreman roles on significant projects
• Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Enthusiastic, motivated, with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for the building and construction industry
