We’re seeking a motivated Junior Construction Supervisor to join our team on a major $50M project in McLaren Vale. This is an incredible opportunity to accelerate your development, working side-by-side with an experienced Project Manager and Senior Site Manager who are committed to your growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting daily site operations and contributing to smooth project delivery
• Assisting with scheduling, coordination and site documentation
• Working closely with subcontractors and site teams to monitor progress and quality
• Helping to manage safety, compliance, and reporting
• Providing technical support and problem-solving for on-site challenges
• Document control and general office duties
• Learning the full lifecycle of project delivery on a large, complex build

What we’re looking for:

• A recent Construction Management graduate with 1–2 years’ experience
• Someone proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced site environment
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in site-based project delivery
• Ability to build strong working relationships with project leaders and subcontractors
