Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and driving project progress from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the effective and efficient execution of projects onsite
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health & safety, IR, and quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and manage site-based teams and subcontractors
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term project programs
• Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and work sequencing
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure adherence to project requirements

About You:

• Proven experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role within the construction industry
• Strong background in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High level of integrity, work ethic, and leadership capabilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for construction and delivering exceptional results
