Chloe brings passion, energy and enthusiasm to the team; ensuring everyone around her is positive, upbeat and ready to take on new challenges.
After 3 years of living in Melbourne, Chloe returned home to Adelaide and completed her Cert III in Dental Assisting. She spent 2 years in a private practice where she developed her skills as a DA and front desk coordinator. Chloe enjoyed all aspects of dental assisting, especially extractions and training new employees. Her positive outlook ensured she fast tracked her experiences and helped her learn and understand what it’s truly like working in dental.
Joining CTC in 2022, Chloe has played a key part in developing the dental sector. Chloe has thoroughly enjoyed visiting practices all over Adelaide, meeting practice managers, dentists, DA’s, and hygienists in an effort to build a community within the dental world. Chloe has gone above and beyond in onboarding a number of high-quality temps that represent CTC on a daily basis. She has also been available as a “star temp” always willing to put her hand up, often with no notice, to help support multiple practices requiring staffing solutions.
As an expert matchmaker she has developed a skill in connecting beautiful practices with beautiful staff. This has sparked her passion for recruitment. She has discovered that her outgoing, charismatic people skills can help transform people’s lives and “nothing could light me up more than this.”
In 2023 Chloe will increasingly transition from the Dental recruitment business to the Design, and Engineering sector. She greatly looks forward to meeting and learning from you. I’m sure she will brighten your day and put a smile on your face.
When she’s not learning and building relationships at CTC you’ll find Chloe at the beach practicing her professional-level surf skills.
