My journey at CTC began in August 2022 where I was fortunate enough to join the team as an intern and learn the ins and outs of what it means to be a recruiter and the suite of services that CTC provides across industries and professions.
I joined excited for the new experience, and CTC was quick to lay down the foundations and made sure I understood what I was doing, why I was doing it and how I could improve next time. I supported the wider recruitment team, created job listings, corresponded with applicants, assisted with administration,contributed to their social media marketing. I also undertook a secondment to work in HR for one of our clients which provided me with industry knowledge and helped build my professional development skills in client and candidate relationship management.
One of the many incredible takeaways from my time at CTC was learning to be my authentic self and how to translate that into my work as a recruiter, working collaboratively and supportively with your candidate in any situation.
I have now moved into a role at SkyCity Adelaide in their Recruitment team.
