We are searching for an experienced Project Manager located in the heart of the CBD.  Our client is renowned for multi-disciplined, complex and challenging projects. With an ever growing secure pipeline of work they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to their Adelaide team.
  
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager and working with a great team you would be responsible for strategically managing projects from contract award through to execution and close out. With effective management of people and processes you will be committed to project delivery; on time, to budget, achieving the desired outcomes aligned to the objectives and in compliance with all relevant legislation. Potentially managing a large or several medium sized projects at a time you will be proactive in leading and energising a positive team. With a “can do” “no blame” attitude you will enjoy making decisions, controlling finances, managing programmes and schedules and the direct contract administration and variations that go with a hands on PM position.

Ideally you will have worked for a Tier 1- 2 Construction company and have the runs on the board with 10 years + experience.    A very attractive remuneration package is on offer.
