Structural Infrastructure Engineer
Work on diverse and complex infrastructure projects across Australia / Grow with this young yet well established firm with potential future equity / Salary $85-$125k depending on experience
We have partnered with a new civil/structural consulting engineering company that specialises in structural infrastructure and has recently established an office in Darwin. Our client takes projects from early planning through detailed design, construction, and asset maintenance.
Their South Australian office has grown rapidly and the two Directors, both of whom have lived and worked extensively in NT, are now looking to build their local capability in Darwin. With secure, ongoing and growing work in NT this is an opportunity to work alongside highly regarded and respected engineers, to join a flat structured company that flies under the radar but is inundated with work. A chance to grow with a company and potentially gain equity in the future.
Progress at your own rate and capability. If you are ambitious and capable – this is the company for you.
STOP and ask yourself, why did you get into engineering in the first place?
Here is your chance to enjoy the thrill of working closely with clients on a variety of challenging infrastructure projects, including bridges, maritime, industrial, substations and renewables.
This is an opportunity to get out to site and solve unique structural problems from first principals. A chance to travel to amazing parts of Australia, building relationships and having fun along the way. Be part of an empowering and dynamic team that work hard and play hard. You will be treated as an individual, working alongside your friends and will actually enjoy coming to work.
You are a 2-7 year out structural engineer, perhaps looking to make your first move? Looking for greater responsibility, more fun, more challenges and better conditions.
You are ambitious to grow and develop, solve problems, make friends, and love your work. You are an excellent communicator, enjoy being out and about and have a strong willingness to contribute to a team culture.
