- Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager
- Manage the Project Manager’s calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meetings and take minutes as required
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Prior experience in office administration or coordination is preferred
