Office Coordinator

3 - 6 month contract / CBD Location / International engineering company
About the Role:

We are seeking a switched-on Office Administrator to support our project office in the heart of the CBD. This role is ideal for someone with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a knack for organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office coordination and facilities management
  • Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager
  • Manage the Project Manager’s calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meetings and take minutes as required
About You:
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Prior experience in office administration or coordination is preferred
